Carrot Hot Dog
Cold winter night, I started to crave meat again. Darn these cravings. This time it was for ... hot dogs. But we were out of vegan dogs. So I decided to make carrot hot dogs!! I grilled large carrots that I had previously marinated in vinegar and applesauce. I used some steak sauce for extra flavor. I fed this glorious meal to my family, my husband complained like he always does and my little non-vegan refused to eat it. The nerve of her! So I ate hers. It was a slimy, grotesque mess that slithered down my throat like a snake. I'm sticking to vegan dogs now. My review of carrot hot dogs: 1/10. I'd prefer to never think of them again. amo
